To make antler velvet supplements, young, uncalcified deer or elk antlers are removed from the deer. The animals are put to sleep using anesthesia before the velvet antlers are cut off near the base. Then, the velvet is removed from the antler bone, dried, ground into a fine powder. The powder is check upon arrival to our incoming inspection. Once the powder is ready it is combined with other ingredients and mixed to become a solution.  The solution is shaken in order to mix and activate all ingredients. After complete dissolution the product undergoes a quality control inspection and in case the mixture passes the QC (quality control) the product is carefully filled into the bottles which are directly closed with a dropper. The product is then labelled and boxed. Once all products are ready they are packed for shipping.
